The Cultural Association Héroes de Cavite approached me to manage, on a voluntary basis, their two websites and some other that may come in the near future. This could have turned into a full-time job, overtime included as the association is not very technically proficient. It is a slow process and the scope has just gone beyond the website updates and now it is looking at other things as:

  • setting up a proper workflow(s) for the projects the association is involved
  • mentoring other members in updating the websites so we can focus in new features
  • creating a back-office area in the main website for members
